Monopoly Junior gets Frozen!

This great Monopoly Junior Frozen Edition game came home to our house this past Christmas. Now my daughter won’t stop asking to play it.

She’s five, and loves everything Frozen. If there is a picture of Anna, Elsa or has anything to do with Frozen – she wants it. We try not to spoil her, but it’s so hard not to!

When we first opened the Monopoly Junior Frozen Edition game, I snapped some photos of what’s in the box. You can see them below.

It’s pretty much a simplified version of the Classic Monopoly game we grew up on.

Monopoly Junior Frozen Edition Details

Monopoly Junior Frozen Edition is a game for two or three players. It includes the familiar chance cards, the banker and real estate of Arendelle replace the properties like Boardwalk and Park Place in the original game. The rules are a little different so as to be fun for players as young as five years old.

In the image above you can see that large white board with images of Anna, Elsa and Olaf – this is the cardboard markers that are used to place on owned properties. It is the Monopoly Jr. Frozen version of the houses and hotels that you will remember buying in the original Monopoly game.

Just like in the original game play, the person who ends up with the most money or causes other players to go bankrupt will win the game.

I think my daughter is going to be a real estate mogul one day – because she is constantly beating us at this one. We have a lot of fun playing, and buying up the landmarks of Arendelle is always a bit of a thrill (even for me!)
